About Westbrook Currents
I grew up in Westbrook, went away for a while, and eventually came home to raise a family. As a military retiree, I’ve had the chance to see the world—but Westbrook is still the place for me.
Westbrook is a diverse community with a lot to offer. From civic meetings and recreational activities to cultural celebrations and neighborhood gatherings, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Finding out what’s happening should be easy.
That’s why I created Westbrook Currents: a central meeting place for community events. My goal is to bring local happenings together so you can spend less time searching and more time connecting.
This site is here to complement the websites already serving our community. Events shared here—including ones you submit—can link back to the website where they were originally posted.
Local Events. Real Connections. The Heartbeat of Westbrook.
